Our Barre class combines Ballet, Pilates and Yoga. Our class is bespoke for over 60's and has many benefits. Ballet promotes flexibility, healthy bones alongside cognitive functions such as coordination. Pilates gently strengthens the core, improving movement and balance. Yoga calms the mind and strengthens joints.
