- Alyssia Fleur School of Dance Terms and Conditions
By enrolling your child at Alyssia Fleur School of Dance Ltd, you accept these terms and conditions and sign your agreement to them as an ongoing agreement between you and Alyssia Fleur School of Dance.
- New Terms
- All pupils are automatically reserved a place in their current class for the next term. 3 weeks ahead of term ending you will be sent an email so you can confirm whether you will take your place again.
- You will then be invoiced ahead of term ending and this invoice must be paid within 7 days of receiving said invoice.
- Pupils places in class are allocated on a ‘first come, first serve basis’
- If we are unable to offer your child a place due to capacity reasons, you will be put on a waitlist.
- Notice to leave
- If you choose not to re enroll your child for the next term, please let Alyssia know by email ahead of term ending.
- As a small business it is appreciated you get back to us as soon as possible so we can confirm which classes will run and secure our studio places.
- Fees
- All fees are charged termly, unless another arrangement has been made with Alyssia ahead of term beginning.
- Payment is due within seven days of the invoice being issued.
- Fees must be paid via bank transfer.
- Fees are reviewed termly and are subject to change for any new term.
- No refunds will be given to students who stop attending mid way through a term.
Registration fee
- After your trial, classes are charged on a termly basis.
- There is a one time registration fee of £15. This covers being able to transfer one class to the next term.
- Alongside a flexible make up policy where you can credit two classes within the term and attend a different class (of your child’s age group) within the same term, if you are away or due to illness.
- The fee also includes an Alyssia Fleur School of Dance T Shirt which your little one can wear during class.
- Late payment of fees
- The payer will receive both verbal and written notice if payment has not been received in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- Your child’s place may be revoked if your invoice has not been paid within the 14 days/ahead of the first class of the term.
- Discounts
- A 5% sibling discount is offered when two or more siblings are booked into a full term.
- Missed classes
- You may transfer one class to the next term as ‘make-up classes.’ Please notify Alyssia of this ahead of term ending.
- Transfer classes will not be offered as a refund. If you choose not to return, we cannot refund ‘transfer classes.’
- Alyssia Fleur School of Dance does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
- If a scheduled class is cancelled due to sickness of the teacher, a health epidemic/pandemic, extreme weather or any other seen or unforeseen events, the school will endeavor to reschedule the class. No refunds will be given.
- Trial classes
- A students first trial class is free of charge.
- After your trial class/period you are automatically enrolled into the remainder of the term. Please notify Alyssia if you choose not to take up your spot.
- You are under no obligation to enroll for a full term after your trial period.
Holiday camps
- Places at camps are served on a ‘first come, first serve basis.’
- All camps are drop off only.
- There are no refunds for cancellations of camps.
- Invoices are due to be paid 7 days after the invoice has been sent, your place at camp will be revoked if not paid within this time.
- Bookings for camp can be made via email or website.
- Please refer to our ‘Drop off and pick up policy’ for drop off.
- Your child's property must be labeled (including lunch box and food boxes).
- You must inform Alyssia Fleur School of Dance in detail about any allergies on the registration form.
Private Classes
- All private classes vary in price.
- There is an extra travel cost for classes outside of Zone 1.
- Private classes are charged in a 4 class block, which must be paid 7 days of receipt.
- Cancellation of private classes within 48 hours of the class will be charged as full.
- Cancellation of classes before 48 hours of the class, the class can be transferred to another date.
- Refunds are not offered for private classes.
- Health and safety
- Please stay with your child until class officially starts (when the teacher places out the childrens spots to sit on).
- Do not walk in and out of the studio when classes are taking place.
- If another carer is picking up your child after class, please let the teacher know who will pick them up.
- Pupils participate at their own risk and are obliged to inform Alyssia Fleur School of Dance of any existing injuries or medical condition. All application forms must have any known medical conditions stated and any changes to such information must be notified to Alyssia Fleur School of Dance immediately in writing.
- If a pupil is unwell or has an accident requiring emergency treatment, the carer will be contacted via the emergency contact details provided below or on the enrolment form. This number must always be contactable whilst the pupil is attending classes.
- Parents are solely responsible for ensuring that the emergency contact details on Alyssia Fleur School of Dance’s records are up to date.
- If your child has sickness or diarrhea they must not attend class until the symptoms have stopped for 48 hours.
- If you are unsure whether your child should participate in any class because of illness or injury, please consult your child’s GP before enrolling or taking part.
- Alyssia Fleur School of Dance Ltd is not liable for any lost or stolen property.
